在我的驾校教学管理工作中,我严格遵守道路交通安全相关法律法规和有关驾校的管理规定,就驾校安全源头管理作了大量的教育培训工作。特别是教练员的安全意识的提升作了一定的努力,让我校的每一位教练员牢记自己的安全管理责任及义务。在安全管理教学实践中逐渐树立起教练员是安全知识的传播者。随着我国道路交通的发展,新的安全技术,新的安全管理理念,新的安全管理法规不断推出,怎样普及到广大交通参与者,还是需要我们驾校这个培训行业参与。我们在校的每一位教练员是一个很好的桥梁,也是安全教学的执行者,所以,我们驾校在行业主管部门的关心关爱下、在每一周的安全例会上反复强调:“尊重生命、安全责任、重于泰山、感恩学员,爱岗敬业,强化红线意识,确保教学安全”。我们五里桥驾校人是一批具有社会责任与安全使命感的人,勇于担当向驾培训行业存在的种种不和谐、不健康法则进行抵制。在驾培行业近十年的安全经验告诉我,只有提升驾校安全管理及教练员的安全意识,才能构筑交通安全的第一道防线。 In my driving school teaching management, I strictly abide by the road traffic safety laws and regulations related to the driving school management regulations, driving safety source management has made a large number of education and training work.
